The Design Experience

Step 1: The Consultation

We begin by scheduling a complimentary consultation with our clients. Here we'll learn all about your wedding, design style and stationery needs. Using our years of expertise, we'll gather design samples, make recommendations and answer any questions!

Step 2: The Estimate

Once your preferred design elements have been selected, we provide you with a detailed estimate. A 50% deposit is required in order to begin the design process.

While we offer designs and production methods to fit most budgets, on average our clients invest $2000 - $5000+ for 100 custom invitation suites. Pricing varies and is determined on materials selected, embellishments and number of inserts.

Step 3: The Design

With your design concept established, we'll next assist with outlining your invitation suite wording and provide our knowledge of classic wedding invitation etiquette and unique alternatives. In 3-5 business days, you'll receive your initial design proofs as emailed PDFs, along with a production schedule to keep your timeline on track. In this proofing phase, we'll work together and offer suggestions to refine the design and ensure your invitation suite is perfect!

Step 4: The Production

Once all final proofs have been approved, your order moves forward into print and production! Production time varies and is based on the print methods selected for your invitation suite. On average, printing and shipping take 2-4 weeks. When your order arrives, the second half of your invoice is due and we'll provide you with details on how to assemble and mail your invitations.

Step 5: The Planning Continues

We don't stop there! Part of your production schedule and timeline includes discussing details for your wedding day stationery. Once your invitations are in the mail, we'll begin designing additional pieces to complete the look for your big day!
